Checks if specified web pages changed since last time checked.
Use “Add”, “Modify” and “Delete” buttons to manage URLs in the list.
Click on “Start” button to start watcher.
Clicking on 
button will bring up "HTML Document Watcher Settings" window.
You can set refresh interval, timeout. You can choose if you want to skip HTTP headers, HTML comments and images. You can choose if you want the output to be saved
