Resolves host name to IP address or IP address to host name
Enter host name and click "Name to IP Address" button.
IP address will appear (if exists) in "Host IP Address" textbox.
Enter host IP address and click "IP Address to Name" button.
host name will appear (if exists) in "Host Name" textbox.
Clicking on 
button will bring up "Host Resolver Settings" window
