When reporting problems, please include the following information:

1.What version of Windows are you running? For example, Windows 95, Windows NT 4.0, etc.

2.What version of OstroSoft Internet Tools are you running? Select About OstroSoft Internet Tools from the OstroSoft Internet Tools Help pull-down menu. Please include the entire “version” line in your problem report.

3.If a dialog box with an error message was displayed, please include the full text of the dialog box, including the text in the title bar.
